Thoughts Become Things!

With that being said you have to be real careful what you’re thinking. Negative thoughts attract bad situations and positive thinking creates better situations. If you’re in a bad mood then that’s what you are going to attract. If you’re in a good mood your day is going to go beautifully. Even if something negative arises, your positive vibrations will overcome it!

When I first started changing my negative energy into positive energy, it was hard. I was a really negative person. Everything was a struggle for me. Someone suggested I read “The Secret,” and that’s what changed my life! With positive thinking you can change a lot of things in your life. I try and stay focused on what I want and how I want the situation to play out and the majority of time it works!

My friend made a comment, that if what I was saying was true, she is going to start thinking all the negative people out of her life. You can use your thoughts to get rid of any type of negativity. All you have to is stay positive and picture yourself in a better situation without the person that’s causing the problems. Always picture what you want. Remember whatever you’re focusing your energy on that’s what you’re going to create.

Make having positive thoughts a habit. When you wake up in the morning, start off by giving everyone a big Good Morning! When you go to sleep at night think out loud about everything you’re grateful for. It really does work! In no time at all you’ll start to make it a habit and you will see a big difference in your life. Start picturing how you want your life to turn out. Take the time out to do something you like. Start back up an old hobby, start a new hobby, go out more with your friends, go for a walk, or go to the park. Enjoy life!
