Newsletter:

When you purchase apps, games or any other of our products either directly from our group of websites or any third party website such as eBay or Amazon, then in so doing so you agree to allow us to add your email to our newsletter mailing list. It constitutes as an OPT IN. When we do add your email address to our mailing list(s), emails you will receive will only come from us. We may send you offers from our partners or advertisers. You may also receive emails from developers of specific apps/games that we have published to give you updates or news on those products. We will never sell, disclose or pass on your email address to any other third party. Opt Out: We provide a method of opting out from our newsletter in every email, this may be in the form of an unsubscribe link, or asking you to reply with “unsubscribe”. When you do opt out we will remove your email and add it to our opted out list. This will take effect usually within 24 hours however we ask that you allow atleast 7 days for it to be fully removed due to emails in the process of being sent, emails that may not have reached you yet, or automated system emails being sent to you from our server.


Personal Data and Location:

When using some of our apps or software you may be required to create a personal profile and provide personal and contact details including photos. Your data will be stored confidentially as possible on our server databases. We do not share any profile details with any third party, except that which is necessary for the functioning of the app/software. For example some apps may display users your public profile, in this case you will be told in the app which details are shown. Some apps/software may need to determine and store your location in order to function or for security reasons to prevent suspicious log ins to your accounts. This may be determined via your IP, GPS or devices locations services such as Google. Your location will not be shared unless an integral part of that application.


Desktop and Mobile Ads:

When we display ads on your mobile, tablet, or PC the server records your IP address and location. This information is kept securely for purposes of analytics. We provide our advertisers with a service that requires unique page views and click and this information is used to provide that. No other information is kept. The location is not personal and will be in the form of “City, Country”. This information although not confidential (it is available freely to anyone) will be kept confidential by us and not passed on to any third party. We reserve the right to use this data ourselves for the purpose of improving our service and business.


Email Marketing:

During the process of our marketing campaigns we may occasionally send out emails to your business email address found via legitimate mean either via your website, online directory, store contact email or via referral by someone that knows you or your business. We always send out an opt in email first, explaining the reason for the contact, our full address, an option to opt in and a permanent opt out feature. If you do not respond or opt out we will never email you again. We will only email you if the service or product we are offering is relevant to your business and never send out irrelevant SPAM or bulk emails. We would therefore appreciate that if you do not feel the email is relevant or do not wish to be emailed from us again then please simply opt out rather than marking our email as spam, this can cause problems with legitimate emails being sent to your mail provider, other opted in members may then not receive emails from us and thus can cause problems. Also please note intentionally marking legitimate emails as SPAM can lead to unnecessary load on your ISP and have an impact on your email account.
