Colon Cleansing and Herbal Products

The basis of belief in colon cleansing is that there are harmful toxins in your gastrointestinal tract that potentially can cause a variety of health problems such as arthritis, allergies, obesity, asthma and many others. Promoting a healthy intestinal tract and removing these toxins from your body will thus in turn boost your energy and enhance your immune system.

The safest way to approach colon cleansing and detox is to do it by using all natural supplements. Traditional colon cleansing can be harmful and somewhat painful. Now, with science and technology, a simple ingested, easy to swallow capsule can accomplish the same results. One concern is that with any cleansing program, you can increase your risk of dehydration. So, you do have to make sure that you keep your electrolytes and fluid levels balanced. If you choose to do colon cleansing, be sure to take these simple precautions:

Check with your conventional medical providers first, especially if you take any medications or have any health problems.
Make sure your colon-cleansing product is all natural and is proven to be effective.
Get a list of specific herbal ingredients and amounts in any colon-cleansing products you use.
Beware of broad or inflated claims that colon cleansing will cure an illness or improve your health.
Stay well hydrated by drinking lots of fluids while undergoing colon cleansing to prevent dehydration.

Trim Colon Cleanse is an all natural colon cleansing and detoxification supplement that I use with some of my clients. Here are the ingredients with the corresponding quantities:
