Was Jesus Sinful in the Bible? (1)

How did He treat His Mother?

In the Bible, there is an eccentric story about Jesus and His Mother.

Jesus was teaching the people.

It was crowd.

His mother and brothers stood outside, wanting to speak to him.

Someone told Jesus:

“Your mother and brothers are standing outside, wanting to speak to you.”

He replied to him, “Who is my mother, and who my brothers are?”

Jesus said, pointing to his disciples and looking round about on them:

Here are my mother and my brothers; for whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother”.

And He did not meet his mother or talk to her!

Is this the respectful way to treat your mother?

The ordinary man is required to be kind to his mother and to honor her.

Thus, what about the Lord Jesus who is supposed to be our best example of honoring mothers? Especially when He said:

Honor your father and your mother
“Whoever reviles father or mother must surely die

Back to this weird story, Jesus said:

“For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother”

Does this mean that His brother, sister and Mother were not doing the will of God Father?
Also, Jesus mentioned his brother and his sister before his Mother!

+ Is this fair?

+ Is not a well-mannered that Mother must be mentioned first before brother and sister?

Is not this odd story = A Very Big Sin?

Was Jesus Sinful in the Quran? (1) No. He was not.

How did He treat His Mother?

In the Quran (verse 19:32), Jesus identifies how He treats His Mother in one word.

Jesus said that He was “Baar-ren” to His Mother.

The Arabic word used in that verse is pronounced as “Baar-ren”, its root comes from “Berr”.

“Baar-ren” is translated to kind or Dutiful.

However, in Arabic dictionaries, “Baar-ren” gives all of the following meanings:

Dutiful
Obedient
Well-behaved
Submissive
Compliant,
Amenable,
Loyal,
Faithful,
Dedicated,
Devoted,
Respectful,
Kind
Etc.

This indicates that Jesus was all of the above meanings and even more to His Mother, the Pure Virgin Saint Mary.

Also, in Islam:

1) Jesus has neither brother(s) nor sister(s).

2) The Pure Saint Mary was virgin from her birth to her death.

3) None has touched the Pure Virgin Saint Mary throughout her life save her son Jesus during his breast-feeding and when she used to change his clothes etc.

4) Muslims never ever believe in the above odd Biblical story that insults both the Lord Jesus and His Mother.
